Tántalo Hotel

For January, Destination Design hits Latin America, Panama City specifically, for a peek into the Tántalo Hotel. The property’s classic Panama City exterior gives way to a completely redesigned contemporary interior, compliments of Andrea Steele of AND Architects. Owned by New Yorkers, the property opened in February of 2012. Twelve local artists, using a variety of art mediums, created unique artworks in twelve different rooms.
